Healthy Pets, the pet insurance specialist, has recently relaunched its website. The new visually appealing website is packed with useful information for pet owners considering taking out cover for their pets for the first time as well as existing customers of the independent insurer.

What’s new?

Thanks to a slick new design, it’s easier to find your way around, whether you’re looking for a cat or dog insurance quote, or simply researching what Healthy Pets offer.

You can immediately see the main benefits of the cover:

  • Up to £7,500 towards vet fees per condition (illnesses and injuries)
  • 3 cover levels available for better flexibility
  • Advertising and Reward
  • Overseas travel and Holiday cover
  • No upper age limit so older pets can also be protected
  • They can pay the vet direct
  • Cover starts from just £4.58 a month

Other features of the website include comparison tables against Asda, Animal Friends, Halifax and Petplan, testimonials, tips of pet healthcare including health, diet and nutrition, training and travel.

can I just ask, has anyone actually got a policy with this company for £4.58 a month?? it states that prices start from this amount, I’d like to know who/what is insured for this premium – as when I was with them it was a lot higher!!

    Hi Woof,

I would say that generally the lowest premiums available are for moggy cats under 1 year old, living outside London and for the lowest level of cover. So it’s true that most of the time you won’t be able to benefit from such a low premium – unfortunately.
