Sainsbury’s extends 33% online discount until 2nd May 2011

Sainsbury’s best ever online offer has been extended until 2nd May. Cat and dog owners can now get a third off their first year’s premium by buying cover online.

What’s more, Nectar Card holders can also benefit from double points on Sainsbury’s shopping and petrol for 2 years if they opt for policy option 2 which covers each condition up to £7,500. Additionally, if you have more than one pet, you can get an extra 5% discount for each extra pet your protect.

Sainsbury’s pet insurance offers:

• 2 cover levels: option 1 will cover conditions up to £3,000 towards vet fees for a maximum of 12 months while option 2 will provide up to £7,500 with no time limit to claim that amount.
• Cover for complementary treatments, behavioural treatments and clinical diet foods
• 3rd party liability up to £2 million if your dog were to insure someone or damage somebody’s property
• Overseas travel cover including emergency vet fees if your pet needs life saving treatment
• 33% online discount and 5% multipet discount
